Dalry Mission Halls, Courthill, Dalry

Dalry Mission Halls, built in 1876, is a two-storey Tudor Gothic hall located in Courthill, Dalry. The building features stugged ashlar stonework with polished dressings. Its façade is divided into bays by four stepped buttresses that rise to moulded piers topped with finialled faceted pinnacles. The central entrance consists of a four-centred arched door with moulded reveals, leading to recessed Gothic panelled double doors with a simple traceried fanlight above. There are three cusped lights situated above the entrance, all under a squared hood-mould in a stepped gable, which is adorned with a corbelled octagonal finial and the inscription "Dalry Mission Halls." The outer bays contain paired lights with pointed heads on both the ground and first floors, featuring hood-moulds at the ground floor and cusping at the first floor. To the left, there is a recessed side entrance bay, and to the right, a low extension connects the hall with Trinity Church. Inside, the hall boasts a wide span with decorative trusses, along with end stacks and a slate roof.
