Description

The Lindsay Vault is a small chamber built of ashlar stone, dating from the 17th century. It was formerly attached to the previous church in the churchyard of Ceres Parish Church, located on Kirk Brae in Ceres. The vault features moulded door windows and an eaves course, and it has a stone slate roof with a bell-cast design. Inside, it contains tombstones from the 16th and 17th centuries.
