Description

Cragard is a mid-19th century building in Barnyards. It is constructed of whin rubble with sandstone dressings, with one gable portion being harled. The fenestration has been altered since the original construction and includes two canted dormers. The listing recognizes the building's group value in relation to a neighbouring property; it was originally graded as B, then re-categorised as C(S) in 2006 to reflect this. The listing’s protection extends to both the interior and exterior of the building. The statutory address includes the garden walls.
