Description

Lilac Cottage is an early 19th-century single-storey cottage with two windows and a central door. The exterior is harled and has a pantiled roof. The windows have been badly enlarged. The listing recognises the building’s group value and applies to both its interior and exterior. It was originally graded as B, but was re-categorised as C(S) in 2006, reflecting its interest primarily in relation to a group of buildings.
