East Port And Gateway, Lennoxlove

East Port and Gateway at Lennoxlove dates from around 1870 and features a symmetrical lodge house that is single storey and has three bays. The building is constructed from squared and snecked sandstone rubble, with margins that are stugged, droved, and chamfered.

The lodge has projecting eaves supported by block corbels. On the south elevation, there is a small gabled porch that contains a two-leaf boarded door, flanked by two windows. Both the east and west elevations also have two windows each. At the rear (north), there are lean-to stone sheds. The windows are timber sash and case, with 12 panes. The roof is piended and covered with light-grey slate, featuring a central brick stack adorned with brick ornamentation and two plain cans.

The gateway consists of a quadrant screen wall made from random sandstone rubble, topped with a rounded cope. This wall connects two sets of gatepiers, which are made of ashlar and capped with pyramidal tops.
