No. 6, Lennoxlove Acredales Cottages, Lennoxlove

No. 4, Lennoxlove Acredales Cottages is a row of six traditional farm cottages built around 1870. These single-storey cottages are symmetrical and each consists of three bays. They are constructed from squared and snecked sandstone rubble, with dressings that are stugged and droved, and feature chamfered reveals. The eaves course is corbelled and includes dentils.

Each cottage has a piended outshot at the rear, which contains a door and two windows. The front doors are plain boarded and have a tripartite letterbox fanlight above them. The windows are timber sash and case, with 12 panes each. The cottages are topped with a red pantiled roof and have moulded ashlar skews. There are seven brick stacks located at the gable and ridge, which are coped and have three plain cans.

Additionally, there is a gateway featuring decorative gates and gatepiers made of white-painted timber paling, accompanied by an adjacent fence.
