Description

Reroppe is a later 18th century single-storey row of four stepped cottages, which were joined in the early 19th century by a single-storey and attic house at right angles. It currently consists of two properties. The building is constructed from pink sandstone rubble with droved details.

On the northeast elevation, there are four two-bay cottages set on falling ground. Some windows have been enlarged or created from blocked doors, and there is a further small window in the cottage to the left of the center. The gable end wall of the higher house to the outer right features one ground floor and one attic window.

The northwest elevation shows three widely spaced bays of the later house, with a doorway at the center that has been blocked and converted into a window, flanked by additional windows. The angle with the northeast elevation is chamfered at the ground.

On the southwest elevation, there is a piend roof projection from the two-bay cottage to the right of center. The sash and case windows feature small-pane and four-pane glazing patterns. The former two-bay cottages have new pantiles added in 1988, while the attic roof has pantiles with modern skylights.
