Description

The war memorial in Elphinstone, built in 1920, is made of grey stone. It features a stepped base and a trapezoid pedestal with rock-worked detailing. The pedestal bears a scroll that is inscribed with a roll of honour. At the top, there is a simple cross, which includes an inscription of dedication and a lily carving at the intersection.
