Description

The Brewery Bar, located at 34 St Germain Street in Catrine, is an earlier 19th century building that has undergone later alterations. It is a long, two-storey structure featuring three shops on the ground floor to the west and a public house to the east. The exterior is dry-dashed with some ashlar dressings. There is a piend-roofed dormer in the centre of the property, which has two bays. The building includes modern plate glass windows. The western section has a piended roof covered with grey slates, and there are brick stacks that have been removed at the ends, along with ashlar coped mutual skews.
