Waterside and Lethanhill Parish Church is a Gothic church built around 1890. It has a rectangular shape with five bays, a vestry located at the east, and a projecting gabled porch on the northwest side. The church features simple lancet windows on the north and south sides, while the west window is adorned with Decorated tracery and has two sets of paired cusped lights below it. At the west end, there is a bellcote made of timber, which includes a cusped gallery and a squat bellcast pyramidal roof.
