Baltic Chambers, 11 Bell Street, Dundee

Baltic Chambers is a mid-19th century, four-storey, four-bay tenement building located at 7-9 Bell Street in Dundee, featuring shops on the ground floor. The front is constructed of sandstone coursers, while the sides and rear are made of rubble, topped with a grey slate roof. The ground floor has a cornice and a wallhead course, with margined windows that have corbelled cills. The upper floors feature 12-pane timber sash and case glazing, and the ashlar-coped skews are adorned with skewblocks. There are shouldered wallhead stacks at the front and a gable stack to the right, both of which have been rebuilt in brick.

The front elevation includes a close entry at the center, flanked by shopfronts on either side that retain their original-sized windows. Each upper floor has four windows, and a nameplate reading 'Baltic Chambers' is positioned above the first floor.

The rear elevation features a round stair tower with platt access. The interior has not been seen.
