Description

Half Mark Bridge is an 18th century single arch bridge that spans the Lichinvar Burn. It features a semi-circular arch with a 15-foot span, constructed with roughly dressed wide regular voussoirs. The bridge has rubble soffit spandrels and abutments. The parapet, which has been rebuilt, is made of rubble and flares out to the terminal piers, all topped with rustic coping.
