Description

This mid 19th century bank building is two storeys high and features four bays. The wide two-leaf door, located in the second bay, is topped with a fanlight. The exterior is made of droved red ashlar with polished margins. It has sash windows throughout, with large windows on the ground floor and a 12-pane glazing pattern on the first floor. There is a band course and cornice above each floor, with a crest centrally positioned above the ground floor. The building also has a blocking course, straight skews, rendered end stacks, and a slate roof.
