Description

9 and 9A English Street in Dumfries is a building dating from around 1800. It has two storeys and features a shop on the ground floor. The exterior is finished in painted droved ashlar, and the windows have been reglazed with single-pane sashes. The modern shop front is located beneath a cornice that has end console brackets. The roof is covered with slate.
