Description
The building is a laundry constructed in 1901, featuring a single-storey design made of rubble with three bays and a square timber tower on the south side. The windows have a top-hopper opening and a nine-pane glazing pattern. On the rear elevation, there is a projecting flat-roofed glazed porch to the right. The square plan timber-framed and clapboard tower has a clock face on the west side, bracketed eaves, a swept slate roof, and a weathervane. The roof is covered with slate and has ceramic cresting.
