Description

Late 18th century, re-modelled in mid 19th century and

renovated circa 1970. 2-storey farmhouse at W end of long

steading range (Dornock House - listed separately).

Pebble-dashed with rendered margins and 1st floor cill band.

S elevation: 6 irregular bays, door left of centre, bipartite

alongside, otherwise single windows; all windows sashes with

12-pane glazing pattern. 18th century moulded eaves cornice

to N and to S; straight skews; 19th century end and axial

stacks. Gabled long low parallel adjoining wing to rear

(north lean-to in re-entrant angle. All roofs covered with

graded slates. Ashlar-coped low garden walls to N and to S.
