Description

Rowallan, located at 5 Grange Road in Alloa, is a Jacobethan-style double house built around 1840. The building features two storeys with gabled rectangular bays that include mullioned windows. There are single-storey wings on either side, with the western wing raised to two storeys. The exterior is constructed with stugged coursers and is covered with a slate roof.
