80 Constitution Street, Edinburgh

80 Constitution Street is a late 19th-century, two-storey, two-bay office building that features a pend and a single-storey workshop at the rear. The front is constructed of cream sandstone with droved ashlar, while the workshop is made of brick. The building has a base course, a band course above the ground floor, a band cill course at the first floor, and a band eaves cornice.

The front elevation includes a shouldered-arched pend with chamfered reveals and a decorative cast-iron palstone to the right. There is a doorway to the left with a panelled door and a plate glass fanlight above. The left bay and the first floor have bipartite windows.

The rear elevation features a single-storey brick-built outhouse or workshop with a piended roof.

The building has timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing and a slate roof with mutual stacks. The interior was not seen in 1993.
