Description

A single storey, L-plan plan store building with Dutch gables designed by Harry B Measures, and built between 1909 and 1915. The building is rendered with pale ashlar dressings and has a base course and an eaves cornice. There is a verandah to the elevations to the courtyard area at the south. The arrangement of windows and doors is irregular to the south and to the east elevations. There are no openings to the west elevation. The doors are of boarded timber. The roof has grey slates and raised skews and there are tapered, coped chimney stacks with short, red chimney cans.

The glazing is mostly small pane glazing in timber frames. Some of the windows have top-opening hoppers and some are fixed windows.

The interior was seen in 2016. The building is divided into storage spaces of varying sizes. There is a timber roof.
