Description
The Balustraded Terrace on North Bank Street in Edinburgh dates from around 1860. It features a paved terrace that is enclosed by an ashlar retaining wall and a stone balustrade. The balustrade is topped with obelisks on ball feet, which have strapwork decoration and serve as lamp standards. Additionally, there is a decorative two-leaf wrought- and cast-iron gate.
