Description

John F Matthew, 1907 with later alterations to rear. Asymmetrical lodge on sloping site, single-storey with basement to NW. Conical-roofed circular corner tower to W. Painted render. Broad eaves; bell-cast piended roof. Half-glazed timber panelled door to tower; later flat-roofed porch with glazed timber boarded door to N. Small window with Gothic arch lintel to SE.

Predominantly 9-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows; bowed glass to windows in corner tower. Central corniced stack with circular cans. Red tiles to roof; terracotta ridge tiles
