Redhall Bank Cottages, built in the 1850s by Sir James Gowans, is a double cottage featuring a single storey and an attic. The building is constructed from Kentish ragstone with dressed margins and a string course. It has broad-eaved swept dormers, hooded chimneys, and a tiled ridge on its slated roof.
