Description

James Gillespie Graham designed 1827. 6-bay, classical pair, each with windows flanking centre door. Flatted single-storey and basement, coursed rubble with Victorian stop chamfers at dressings, tripartite windows with wooden mullions, piended roof.

Panelled doors with plate glass fanlights. Lying-pane glazing to front, except to basement left(No 25) which has 4-pane glazing. End and mutual stacks with cans.

Steps up to principal doors (Nos 23 and 27) with spearhead railings; plain railings to street and double stair to basement flats between principal steps.
