24 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh

24 St Andrew Square in Edinburgh is a building designed by William Chambers between 1770 and 1772. It was later refronted by Dick, Peddie & McKay, with a modern office added behind in 1970. The structure has three storeys, a basement, and an attic, featuring a five-bay classical office facade made of cream sandstone ashlar. The facade includes moulded architraves and is flanked by channelled pilaster strips. There is a Roman Doric porch located at the inner right bay, and the building has a pair of canted timber flat-roofed dormers.

The windows are timber sash and case with multiple panes. The roof features lead coped mutual skews and mutual stacks, with dressed stone on the east side and rendered surface on the west side, topped with grey slates. The rear elevation is a microtiled stepped six-storey structure.

Inside, the building has been converted to a modern office space. The railings around the property are plain modern iron.
