Description
28 Hamilton Place is a building dating from around 1825. It has three storeys and a basement, featuring a six-window facade. The ground floor is rusticated, while the upper levels are finished in droved ashlar. A mutuled cornice runs along the top. There is a two-storey section to the northeast, which also has a rusticated ground floor and includes a later two-bay entrance feature. The glazed entrance is located at the far left and is connected to the tenement on the left, incorporating the foyer of the Theatre Workshop.
