32 High Street in South Queensferry, Edinburgh, is a late 17th century to early 18th century single-storey dwelling with a basement and attic. The building is constructed from squared and snecked rubble with ashlar margins.

The east elevation features a central door with a fanlight, a door to the left, and a window to the right, along with a stone parapet for access. Arched recesses provide access to basement doors, and there is a window in the right bay. The roof has three platform dormer windows and an attic light, with a splayed corner at the north end.

The south and west elevations are adjoining buildings, while the north elevation includes a window at the basement and ground floor. The building has modern glazing, a slate roof, a crowstepped skew at the north, and a coped stack at the north gablehead.
