2 Avenue Villas on Crewe Road South is an early 19th-century terrace that may include some earlier materials. It consists of two stories and seven bays, forming three houses. The entrance features timber panelled doors topped with three-pane letterbox fanlights. The exterior is made of random rubble with ashlar dressings, and there is a brick relieving arch on the east elevation.

The windows are timber sash and case style, featuring 12-pane glazing, and the roof is covered with graded grey slates. Corniced stacks with tall cylindrical cans are present.

Surrounding the property is a tall stone-coped rubble boundary wall, which bows to the southeast. Spear-headed cast iron railings on an ashlar-coped rubble wall separate the houses.
