13 Kerrycroy Village, Kerrycroy

14 Kerrycroy Village is a pair of early 19th century single-storey cottages designed in the Tudor Gothic style, forming a symmetrical six-bay block. The cottages are finished in whitewashed harl with painted, slightly projecting cills and hoodmoulds above bipartite openings, featuring stone mullions. At the front, there are boarded timber porches centered at the ground level, with piended additions at the rear.

The northeast elevation, which serves as the entrance, has boarded timber doors facing southeast and northwest, located in pitched-roofed porches at the penultimate bays on the outer left and right. There are single windows flanking these doors. The cottages have 12-pane timber casements and a graded grey slate roof, with replacement rainwater goods, coped ridge and apex stacks, and circular terracotta cans.

The interiors were not seen in 1996. The boundary wall consists of a rubble-coped, harl-pointed random rubble wall on the right, with a timber fence on the left and timber pedestrian entrance gates.
