4 Kerrycroy Village, Kerrycroy

3 Kerrycroy Village is a pair of late 19th century, two-storey, two-bay houses designed in the Old English style, forming a symmetrical four-bay block. The exterior features whitewashed harl with half-timbering on the first floor and red sandstone ashlar dressings. There is a raised base course and timber brackets supporting the slightly advanced first floor, along with overhanging eaves. The ground floor windows have chamfered surrounds set in advanced red ashlar bays, with stone mullions and a roll-moulded cornice. The first floor has gabled windows that break the eaves, and there are half-timbered gabled entrance porches at the front. The ground floor side openings have stop-chamfered surrounds and projecting cills.

On the entrance elevation, there are two-leaf timber panelled doors centered in projecting porches located in the outer right and left bays, with red sandstone plinths and overhanging eaves. The ground and first floors feature tripartite windows in slightly advanced gabled bays flanking the center, with corbelled lintel courses beneath the gableheads.

The north and south side elevations have single windows on both floors in the outer left and right bays. The houses have leaded two-pane timber sash and case glazing, a red tile roof with decorative ridge detailing, and corniced red sandstone ashlar central ridge stacks topped with various circular terracotta cans.

The interiors were not seen in 1996. The property is flanked by boundary walls made of rubble-coped harl-pointed random rubble.
