Description
Kilbride Church is a Gothic Revival church built in 1839, featuring a rectangular plan and a gabled roof. The entrance elevation is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings, including straight quoins and moulded skews. There are steps leading up to a Gothic, four-centred arch doorway, which is flanked by windows. Above the doorway is a stone-mullioned window. At the apex of the gable, there is a castellated, square-capped belfry that is corbelled out at the base. The walls on the sides and rear are harled, and there are pointed windows, three on each side.
