Description
The stables and coachhouses at the Argyll Arms Hotel in Inveraray date from the later 18th century and are traditional in style. They form four sides around a stable yard, with the north side and part of the east side being one storey and an attic, featuring harled walls and a gabled slate roof. These sections are part of the hotel. The other sides were originally similar to the north side but were gutted by fire around 1950 and are now roofless. There is also an extension to the south.
