Description

Circa 1800. 2-storey and attic, 2-bay tenement, later raised to include attic. Roughcast walls and margins with projecting windows cills at each floor. Entrance door to pend at outer left, shop door at right with flanking rectangular windows, timber fascia above.

REAR ELEVATION: roughcast, with cement-rendered and lined stair to 1st floor.

Plate glass shop windows, 4-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st floor and attic, modern at rear elevation. Flush-beaded 2-leaf 4-panel storm doors. Panelled inner door with 2 round-arched glazed upper panels and 3-pane fanlight above. Grey slate roof, piend-roofed, timber slate-hung dormers breaking eaves.
