Description

The Old Parish Church in Arbroath features a square ashlar tower topped by a 152-foot high spire. The tower was built in 1831, while the rest of the church is an oblong Gothic structure with north aisles, which was rebuilt after a fire between 1894 and 1896. The architect for the rebuilding was Sir J.J. Burnet from Glasgow.
