Description
Inshewan House is a two-storey and basement classic mansion built in 1827-28. It features a pedimented central bay and a fly-over stair that provides access to a vaulted ice-house located beneath the building. The house is constructed of ashlar stone and slate. A sketch dated 1826 depicts an earlier version of the house.
