Description
20 Swan Street in Brechin is a building dating from around 1800. It features two storeys with three-window frontages, constructed from coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. The building includes early 20th century shops and has a blind attic floor with oblong windows. The roofs are slated with straight skews, and the chimney stacks have been rebuilt in brick.
