Description

Leading Lights is a circular stone tower built in 1818 by Robert Stevenson. The tower is harled and painted, featuring windows on four levels that face the sea, with a doorway located on the north side. It tapers towards a gallery supported by a cast-iron ring, which is surrounded by a balustrade. At the top, there is a lantern housed in an octagonal structure with an ogee roof and a ball finial. The upper three levels have 8-pane timber sash and case windows.
