Description

The private burial ground at Kinnaird Castle features a Renaissance gateway made of square, panelled piers constructed from v-jointed ashlar stone. The piers have moulded caps that support funeral urns. In addition, there are armorial panels set into the 12-foot high rubble enclosing walls. This structure dates back to the 17th century.
