Description
Stracathro Parish Manse is a two-storey building with an attic, constructed from coursed red sandstone featuring grey dressings. It has a central porch and an asymmetrical bay window, along with single-storey wings on either side, although the northern wing has been rebuilt to two-storeys. The building dates from 1831 and was likely remodeled around 1841. There is also a possibility that the 1831 date refers to the reconstruction of an earlier house on the site.
