Description
12 Swan Street in Brechin is an 18th-century building constructed from squared rubble with ashlar dressings. It features a three-storey facade with four windows. The ground floor includes original shops, with the shop on the right having stuccoed finishes, three margined windows, and a door, along with a modern fascia. There is an arched panel displaying a Tobacconists figure on a bracket, accompanied by the inscription 'established 1861'. The shop on the left has been altered, with the first floor raised and the left-hand first floor window removed. The building is topped with a slated roof and has brick stacks.
