Description

14 and 16 Roods in Kirriemuir is a building dating from 1872. It is two stories high and constructed from coursed and part pinned rubble. The building features a two-window gable facing St. Malcolm's Wynd and a two-window facade on Roods, along with a one-window blind quadrant corner that is corbelled to a square shape. The original ground floor remains intact. The building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest, and the listing applies to both the interior and exterior as relevant to its type.
