Description

The Estate Office in The Square, Kenmore, is a two-storey building dating from 1875, featuring a symmetrical five-window frontage with a central gable and dormer heads. It is constructed from rubble stone. There is a single-storey gatehouse with an attic extension that includes a bay window. The garden boasts a notable baluster sundial with a brass dial that indicates the time in different parts of the globe. The building has been re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest, and the listing applies to both the interior and exterior as appropriate for this type of building.
