Description

The Lodging and adjoining shop at 46 High Street in Turriff is a 16th-century building that has been harled and extended around 1845. It features a porch supported by Roman Doric columns, a first-floor bay window, and shaped Jacobean dormer heads. The coat of arms of the Earl of Errol is displayed in the dormer head at the back. There is a red ashlar pilastrade connecting the pend to the shop, although the entablature has been cut at the pend.
