Description
This is an early 19th century, single-storey, three-bay cottage. It forms one section of a larger group of buildings, including numbers 1C and 1D at Sandend. The cottage is painted and rendered, with contrasting painted reveals around the windows. A central entrance is flanked by small windows with four panes of glass in each. There is a single chimney stack at one end, and the roof is slate-covered with roof lights. A small lean-to extension is attached to the east gable, featuring a doorway and a window. The statutory address is 1B Sandend.
