Description
This is a mid-19th century single-storey and attic cottage with an irregular four-bay plan. The exterior is constructed of painted rubble with contrasting painted joints, and long and short dressings. It features two doorways, a single canted dormer, and predominantly eight-pane sash windows. The roof is slate covered, with ridge stacks. The statutory address is 1 and a Half Sandend.
