Description

The Bridge of Philorth is an 18th-century bridge situated over the Water of Philorth, within Rathen Parish. It consists of two segmental arches constructed with harled walls featuring chamfered voussoirs. The bridge has a central cut-water. The upstream side has been widened using pinned rubble, incorporating granite dressed voussoirs with raised central keystones.
