Description

The outbuildings and bothy at Drumblade House were possibly built in 1824, coinciding with the construction of the manse, although some elements may date to earlier or later periods. This single-storey group originally served as manse outbuildings. They are constructed from rubble with squared dressings and feature slated roofs. The L-plan block creates a courtyard, with ranges that have varying roof heights. The taller section of the west range includes axial ventilators, while the piended bothy closes off the courtyard to the south and has a plain back wall facing the roadway, along with a single asymmetrically placed stack.
