Denbourne House is an early 19th-century building located at 64 High Street in New Pitsligo. It is two stories tall and features five windows, with the center window on the first floor being a dummy. The structure is made of ashlar granite and includes skewputts and coped chimneys. The openings on the ground floor have been partly altered.
