53 High Street in New Pitsligo is a late 18th century building that stands two stories high and features four windows. The windows are widely spaced, particularly between the third and fourth windows. The building is constructed from squared granite and has a skewputt on the south gable. It also has coped chimneys, with the chimney at the north gable being notably tall.
