Description

Park House is a building designed by Archibald Simpson in 1822, showcasing Neo-Greek architectural style. The structure features a two-storey, 11-bay southeast frontage, with the central and blind bays on the first floor being advanced, and a tetrastyle fluted Greek Doric portico adorned with a wreathed frieze. There are single-storey harled wings on the northeast and southwest sides. Inside, the entrance hall is domed and supported by Greek Doric columns, with inventive room shapes and distinctive design elements throughout.
