The Boathouse on the Pitfour House Estate is a single-storey structure built of artificial rubble, likely constructed before 1820. It features gothic arches and granite dressings, and includes a landing area for boats. The building has been re-categorised as C(S) from B in 2006, reflecting its group interest.
